About This Place
We called this place “flawless” because we really can’t find anything wrong with it. The colors, the details, the layout – it’s all amazing, especially considering that much of the furniture is handmade.
The hardwood floors and white walls are the perfect backdrop for the extensive art collection. The geometric wall sculpture commands your attention as soon as you head up the stairs.
Another unique piece of sculpture is placed in the kitchen, proving every room can benefit from some art. The fruit bowl is also one you don’t see everyday.
This side table makes us forget that furniture is supposed to serve a purpose. Yes, it’s holding a plant next to the sofa, but it looks pretty amazing as a stand alone piece, too.

The yellow rocking chair adds a nice pop of color and we like how the organic lines contrast with the strong-lined chair next to it. The mismatched pair of hanging lamps rounds out this near-perfect seating arrangement.

The dining area is basically perfection. The sleek table can comfortably seat 8 guests, and the mod chairs are stylish and comfortable, ensuring all those guests want to stay awhile.
The hanging planter cleans the air, looks really cool, and functions as a piece of art. No need to worry about the plants not getting enough light–this place is loaded with large windows.
The kitchen is a stunner, with simple wood cabinets and minimalist hardware. The gray glass subway tile backsplash is a nice departure from the usual white.
We can’t get enough of the chrome barstools and could see hanging out in here while someone else does the cooking.

The bedroom is filled with handmade furniture. To say we’re impressed is an understatement. The blonde wood stands out against the dark walls and makes for the perfect place to get some shut-eye.
The extra touches of color from the chair and bedding keep everything from looking too serious, and the owner carries the touches of yellow throughout the entire home.
The den has a sunny yellow armchair and a coordinating pillows on the linen sofa. A wooden cabinet has a textured front that adds some serious style to an already impressive space.

The bold wall color is a fun departure from the white in the main living room and creates a cozy vibe. The assortment of hexagon tables functions as a coffee table and can be pulled apart when you need a place to set a drink.
