About This Place
You know that smell of a brand new, crisp one thousand dollar bill? Neither do we, but that’s what we imagine this swanky Austin condo smells like inside.
The living area has amazing views and wide plank wood flooring. The exposed concrete is a really cool feature and acts as a sculptural element in the room.
We love how clean the television set up is in here. All the components are neatly hidden behind the wall and there’s no media credenza taking up floor space.
The beige linen sectional is a nice change of pace from the black leather we’re used to seeing in guys’ places. And we’re seriously impressed with his coffee table styling skills. There’s a terrarium and a book–niche.
We’re now officially jealous. The gorgeous views extend into the kitchen and dining area with additional floor to ceiling windows.
Speaking of the kitchen, this is one worthy of a gourmet chef. The large stainless hood is the star of the space. The modern barstools aren’t too shabby, either.
Who wouldn’t want to eat in here? The lucite dining table, the sculptural wood dining chairs, the pendant drops chandelier–it’s all so good.
The shag rug breaks up the wood floor and adds some warmth and softness to all the hard surfaces in here.
Again with the views. There’s even a terrace off the dining area for relaxing and entertaining outdoors.
The kitchen appliances are top of the line and blend in seamlessly with the modern cabinetry. The large piece of art in the adjoining hallway adds lots of color and movement to the space.
This might be the coolest platform bed we’ve ever seen. It’s plush and comfy and set up for lounging as well as sleeping.
Of course, the bedroom sports the same amazing views as the rest of the apartment.
This office has serious style. The aviator arm chairs paired with the mohair ottoman is an unexpected touch. The narrow desk is perfect for a compact office.
You didn’t think we wouldn’t show you the terrace, did you? It’s amazing, like the rest of his place. We’re ready to pack our bags and move in.
