About this Place

The bright color throughout this modern Scandinavian apartment really makes the place pop. The quaint balcony view is the icing on the cake.

living-room-1

sofa | rug

The living room is perfectly arranged and styled. Three prints fill the space above the sofa, adding visual interest and pattern.

Check out the brightly colored mobile hanging from the ceiling where you’d normally find a light fixture. We like the quirky energy it brings to the room.

modern rocking chair

The neatness of the extensive cd collection is an OCD dream. If we had to bet, we’d put our money on the cd’s being in alphabetical order.

The mod rocking chair makes a bold color statement, and a neutral throw softens things up a bit while dialing down the color. We also like the unique end table and the amount of storage space it provides.

dining table

The white kitchen gets a bit of warmth from the painted plank floors. A large window floods the already bright space with tons of light.

A small dining table is paired with statement chairs. We’re not sure how comfortable they are, but they certainly look good.

The bedroom has a bright art collection that brings color to the white space. A storage cabinet takes the place of the usual dresser, a great idea if you’re looking for a piece with a cleaner profile.

There’s a small chair tucked into the corner. Don’t underestimate the importance of having at least one chair in your bedroom. It’s perfect for putting on shoes and gives your guests a place to sit other than on your bed.

We told you the balcony was impressive. A clever drop-down table and a pair of folding chairs are all that’s needed to enjoy the view.

Is it wrong to be obsessed with this tile? The bright blue adds a whole lot of fun to the otherwise utilitarian room.
