About This Place
This Toronto apartment is as minimalist as it gets. Just the bare necessities are here – a couch, big mounted flatscreen, dual monitor workspace – you get the point.
The living area is clean and functional. An impressively-sized television is the focus here, although the floor to ceiling windows give the television a run for its money.
The low-profile coffee table is sleek and modern, and while we appreciate the uber-minimalist vibe, a thoughtfully placed accessory or plant would be a nice addition.
The trio of superhero prints is a less serious approach to artwork, and the black wall provides some contrast to all the white in the room.
We can’t help but be impressed by the storage cabinet repurposed as a bar. There’s ample storage space in the lower bins to stash away your stuff and plenty of room on top to function as a bar.
The office features another black accent wall with a streamlined white desk. There’s plenty of room to spread out and work in here.
The printer is stored in the corner behind a large storage cabinet, perfect for hiding office supplies and anything else that might clutter this sleek workspace. The black leather and chrome office chair shows you don’t have to sacrifice style for comfort.
When the lights are turned off, the dual monitors cast a cool glow throughout the office.
The platform bed is perfect for creating a minimalist look. The nightstands are incorporated into the headboard, eliminating the need for extra furniture–just plug in a reading lamp and you’re good to go.
A large print of Paris above the headboard repeats the black and white colors found throughout the apartment.
