This industrial apartment is inside a rehabbed brewery in Milwaukee. The brick walls, exposed ductwork, and high ceilings make this place look good without much effort.
The bright green mid-century rocking chairs add a fun touch of color and coordinate with the rug and art on the wall. He’s made a smart choice in using the classic “U” room layout. It provides a ton of seating and makes for easy conversation.
